I play clarinet, bass clarinet, and saxophone. I'm active in a apretty wide range of genres, including classical, contemporary classical, free improvisation, klezmer, and various genre hybrids (rock-classical, jazz-klezmer, etc.) I am currently a regular member of three very different ensembles, and a classical and klezmer freelancer. Information about my groups is below.

SQWONK
My Bass Clarinet Duo with Jeff Anderle. We play
mostly new music, including several of my own compositions, and have commissioned works from many other interesting young composers, including Marc Mellits, Dan Becker, Ken Thomson, Ryan Brown, Ian Dicke, and Damon Waitkus.
We also arrange older music, particularly Bach,
but play it in our own sqwonkified way. We have
our first CD out, featuring works by Damon Waitkus, Ian Dicke, Jon Russell, and J.S. Bach. More info, audio clips, and CD purchase info at:

EDMUND WELLES
Cornelius Boots' Bass Clarinet Quartet. We play
mostly Cornelius' original tunes, an inimitable
blend of heavy metal, jazz, and classical.
Plus the occasional cover tune.
