I have conducted classical repertoire and theater, but am primarily involved in new music by other composers of my generation. In the past four years, I have conducted readings and performances of over 30 premieres by student composers at the San Francisco Conservatory, as well as other works by young composers in the bay area. I believe in the importance of working with composers along the way, always being open to their comments and suggestions to help make their compositions come alive the way they want them to.
